Eli's Field Study

Date: September 28, 2022 Temperature: 55º Weather: Cloudy, breezy, chilly Length of day: 11 hours 53 minutes     Some organisms I saw were squirrels, slugs, beetles, and a rabbit. I heard lots of birds, crickets and cicadas. In the pond I could see the little water bugs on top moving around. The grass, leaves and plants have gotten a little darker shade of green since the last time I visited. The leaves are starting to turn color. 

 This is the spot that I will be doing my field study at. 

  Date: September 8, 2022 Temperature: 75º Weather: Partly sunny, warm, not much wind Length of Day: 12 hours 50 minutes      Some organisms I heard were lots of crickets and cicadas. I also heard lots of birds up in the trees, and lots of things moving around and rustling in the brush. I also saw some birds and bugs, and also saw some deer running out of the brush in my field study. In the pond I could see lots of things moving around, and there were some ripples coming from things in the water. The trees are very green and have lots of leaves on them right now, but I think that will change in the next little bit of time.
